Pan-Seared Cod with Balsamic Brown Butter

Instructions

  1. Season the fish, then fry in 2 T butter until golden brown on both sides. Plate the fish.
  2. Melt the remaining butter in the pan with the juices, then add the vinegar, shallots, and lemon juice and season to taste.
  3. Garnish the fish with the sauce and serve hot.
